Thank you for choosing MyPDFChat. We strive to provide a high-quality AI-powered document analysis service. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing a subscription.

1. Subscription Billing

MyPDFChat offers recurring subscription plans that are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you choose.

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method automatically at the beginning of each billing period until your subscription is cancelled.

2. Free Plan

We offer a free plan that allows users to evaluate the platform before purchasing a subscription. We encourage all users to try the free plan to determine whether MyPDFChat meets their needs before upgrading.

3. Refund Eligibility

Because MyPDFChat provides immediate access to premium features and incurs AI processing costs as soon as the service is used, subscription fees are generally **non-refundable**.

However, we may issue a refund in the following situations:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same subscription due to a billing error.
  • You were charged after cancelling your subscription because of a system error.
  • You experienced a technical issue that prevented you from accessing the service, and our support team was unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
  • A refund is required under applicable consumer protection laws.

Each refund request is reviewed individually.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

  • Partial subscription periods.
  • Failure to cancel before the renewal date.
  • Accidental purchases.
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Dissatisfaction based on AI-generated responses where the service remains functional.
  • Failure to use the subscription after purchase.

5. Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel your subscription before your renewal date.

Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until that period expires.

Cancelling your subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically qualify you for a refund of the current billing period.

6. Billing Disputes

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We will make every reasonable effort to investigate and resolve billing issues promptly.
